Surgical OnSite Services (S.O.S.) – Driven by surgeon satisfaction, our SOS program is a logical extension of our comprehensive repair program, providing mission critical technical support in the OR and SPD environments. With advances in medicine and complex surgical procedures, our SOS program applies resources where their needed, and when their needed. We provide the surgeon and the surgical team with pre-op, intra-op, and post-operative support across a wide variety of specialties including general, ortho, urology, and robotics. Because of the success of our approach, our customers have identified other areas of opportunity to improve efficiency and provide critical technical support, like laser and navigation. Other benefits include continuity of services and improved relations and communications between the OR and SPD, a dynamic where no two departments in the hospital must work so closely together to successfully accomplish their objectives.
Specialty Instrument and Equipment Repair, Prototyping and Customizing – Expansion into these specialty areas provides maintenance and repair of larger O.R. equipment like yellowfin stirrups, table attachments, and a large variety of multi-component, complex retraction systems. To support our efforts and expand our offering, we have invested in advanced machining capabilities and staffing in order to support parts manufacturing and custom fabrication. In addition, we are able to support surgeon specific modifications, and reproduce instruments to their exacting standards. Similarly, we have developed business to business opportunities with well-known OEMs, supporting surgeon specific requests for various instrument prototypes and customization.
Rolling Stock Repair and Maintenance Program – Paces Protects rolling stock program is a comprehensive repair and maintenance solution for all stainless steel equipment and furniture used in the Operating Room and Sterile Processing departments. This service provides repair and scheduled maintenance, to extend the life of OR equipment and mitigate the risk of liabilities associated with faulty OR Rolling Equipment.
